U/Subansiri DC calls for grand success of SVC 3.0

DAPORIJO, 4 Mar: Upper Subansiri Deputy Commissioner Tasso Gambo exhorted health workers to put their best efforts to ensure grand success of the special vaccination campaign (SVC) 3.0 in the district.

Addressing health officials during a District Task Force for Immunisation meeting held at Tadak Dulom District Hospital here on Tuesday, the DC said that “no children should be left out; cent percent achievement in SVC 3.0 is expected.”

Saying that village road connectivity has improved, the DC added that “except a few, most of the villages are connected with roads; hence every child can be head-counted within a few days.”

He directed the health workers to perform their duty with sincerity and devotion to ensure “total success of the campaign.”

DRCHO Dr Tade Rago enumerated the aims and objectives of SVC 3.0.

DMO Dr Kaya Lapung urged the ground-level health workers to “furnish correct report and accordingly upload the report on time.”

WHO Itanagar unit RRT Dr Kuldeep Debnath highlighted the district’s immunisation programme.

DDSE Pokpe Rime, doctors, and anganwadi workers, among others, attended the meeting. (DIPRO)
