DAPORIJO, 17 Nov: Upper Subansiri District Election Officer (DEO) Tasso Gambo reviewed the preparedness for the upcoming panchayat raj (PR) election in the district during a meeting with all the ROs, AROs and designated nodal officers held here on Monday.
The DEO invited feedback and suggestions from ground-level officers for rectification, if any, to ensure smooth conduct of the election. He further directed the ROs and AROs to go through the election guidelines and manual books, so as to avoid mismanagement, and directed them to be proactive on election matters.
The meeting was attended by SP Pawan Yadav and ROs Biaro Sorum, Otem Jamoh, Mobia Tai and Balwan Kamlo, along with all the designated nodal officers and election officials. (DIPRO)
