Dear Editor,
After serving as SSA teachers for 10-12 years without any facilities and savings , we are now over aged to apply for jobs. For the post of teachers, we have 1-2 years more. Govt. is neither ready to regularize nor enhance our salary as per the regular teachers.
Recent declaration of huge vacancy under education department will be the last chance to give good future to our family, if selected. As per declaration, there will be vacancies of principal, Headmaster/vice-principal also along with teaching posts.
Therefore, we on the behalf of SSA teachers of Arunachal Pradesh appeal to concern authority to allow us to apply for the posts of Principal, Headmaster/vice-principal if the SSA teachers have the required Educational Qualification and experience. We should not be disqualified for applying for the mentioned post on the ground that we are SSA teachers.
We hope that our appeal will be accepted and through this esteemed daily, we would also like to request ASSATA to raise this issue with the appropriate authority.
