ITANAGAR, 31 May: The All Arunachal Pradesh Workers’ Union (AAPWU) on Monday appealed to the Itanagar capital region administration to provide free rations and other essential items to the daily wage workers and the widows to help them tide over the Covid-19 crisis.
In a memorandum to the DC, the union stated that the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic has badly affected the widows and the daily wage earners and they are in need of immediate help.
