ITANAGAR, 31 May: The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW) has asked the police to immediately arrest the prime accused in the child abuse case in Yingkiong in Upper Siang district.
It vehemently condemned the incident.
Commending the police for arresting the co-accused, the commission said both the accused should be booked under the POCSO Act. It appealed to the public to cooperate with police in the investigation.
