ITANAGAR, 23 Jun: Governor BD Mishra advised Chief Secretary Dharmendra Pradhan to “closely monitor the developmental projects to ensure quality and timely implementation.”
During a meeting between the two at the Raj Bhavan here on Thursday, Mishra also said that the benefits of the state and central government schemes and programmes should reach the targeted people.
He asked the chief secretary to “review the educational centres and public security on a regular basis,” and advised him to “establish an effective, responsive and prompt communication, compliance and people-friendly interaction system with all 26 deputy commissioners of the state.” (Raj Bhavan)
