YUPIA, Aug 3: Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner Dr Joram Beda convened a meeting here with EROs, AEROs and members of political parties on 31 August to discuss the upcoming special summary revision 2018-’19.
The DC briefed the political parties on appointing a booth level agent (BLA) for each polling station under the three assembly constituencies of Papum Pare in order to assist the BLOs, EROs and AEROs in preparing an error-free electoral roll.
He also instructed them to submit lists of their BLAs to his office by 10 September.
The DC advised the participants to utilize the NVSP for election-related works in connection with forms 6, 7, 8 and 8A.
All the district presidents of recognized political parties in Papum Pare were present at the meeting. (DIPRO)
