ROING, Dec 1: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) in a meeting with the state government employees of Lower Dibang Valley district, here on Saturday, highlighted the various settled and pending issues of the employees.
A team of the central executive committee of CoSAAP, led by its secretary general Gonya Riba is currently on five days district tour in the eastern part of Arunachal Pradesh to enlighten the various issues of state government employees, to improve the employees’ work culture and re-vamp the district CoSAAP units.
Riba hailed the state government led by Chief Minister Pema Khandu for implementation of FR-56, which was pending for almost two decades and CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 on time.
He believed that the revised Tough Location Allowances and House Rent Allowances will be granted soon for the state government employees.
CoSAAP cultural secretary Kalom Boko exhorted the employees to improve work culture for faster development of the state.
The CoSAAP team will also tour Namsai, Lohit and Changlang districts and conduct meetings with the state government employees.
