ITANAGAR, Jan 25: Children from different schools of the capital complex mingled with Governor BD Mishra and his wife Neelam Misra during an ‘at home’ function on the lawns of the Raj Bhavan here on the eve of Republic Day.
The governor and his wife interacted with the children and advised them to study hard, and troupes from army regiments and students from RGU, the NIT and the NERIST presented a colourful cultural programme on the occasion.
Students from the Donyi Polo Mission School for the Hearing and Visually Impaired, Chimpu, the Raj Bhavan primary school, and the Birup colony primary school attended the programme, along with students from other government institutions. (Raj Bhavan)
