TAKTSANG GOMPA, Feb 25: Hundreds of people benefitted from a medical camp organised at Taktsang Gompa village in Tawang district by the Indian Army on Sunday.
Patients, including women and children, from Taktsang Gompa and Zemithang received treatment during the camp, which was inaugurated by Brigadier Zubin Bhatnagar of the Tawang brigade.
Besides offering treatment, the army’s medical team distributed medicines worth Rs 1.5 lakhs for free. The camp was organised in spite of heavy snowfall and cold weather in the area.
