LONGDING, Feb 26: The Wancho Students’ Union (WSU) has announced a 12-hour Longding district bandh on 27 February to press its demand for a written assurance from the state government that the PRC issue will never be tabled in the near future.
The union also demanded that the government provides adequate compensation to the families of the youths who lost their lives in police firing during the anti-PRC agitation in Itanagar.
