YINGKIONG, Feb 27: Upper Siang Deputy Commissioner Karma Leki urged the HoD concerned to “play the role of facilitator, implementer and educator, so that the people may avail maximum benefits out of the CSS schemes.”
The DC said this on Wednesday while reviewing the status of all the CSS programmes in Upper Siang for the year 2018-19, during a meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee.
Leki urged the department concerned to implement the schemes properly and achieve the target set by the government while adhering to the guidelines.
