PALIN, Mar 27: The Palin Employees’ Welfare Association (PEWA) has mourned the untimely demise of junior engineer (JE) Khyoda Harming, who passed away on 23 March.
Harming leaves behind his wife, a daughter and a son.
He had joined government service as a JE in the rural works department in 2007, and was serving at the department’s Poma division at the time of his demise.
“He was a sincere, dedicated and hardworking employee,” the PEWA said, and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
It also conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
