TENGA, May 29: The Indian Army’s Ball of Fire (BoF) Division organized a summer camp themed “Building character through adventure”at Tenga Valley in West Kameng district from 20 to 26 May.
Activities, including inter- house debate and quiz competition, rock climbing and basic of mountaineering yoga and meditation, rafting, trekking, firing, painting were organized during the five-day camp.
The participants were also taken to Bomdila Monastery, Eagle Nest Sanctuary, and National Institute of Mountaineering & Allied Sports (NIMAS) at Dirang.
The camp was inaugurated by Maj CHS Aimol, OIC Camp, and attended by Maj. Gen Deepak Saini, GOC Ball of Fire Division, Kavita Saini, Chairperson, FWO, Ball of Fire Div and Officers and others residing in Tenga Valley Military Station. DIPRO
