CHIMPU, Oct 25: A mini marathon race themed “Run for unity” for both men and women is being organized here on 31 October by the sports department to mark the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day).
The first, second and the third position winners will be awarded cash prize of Rs 10,000, Rs 7000 and Rs 4000 respectively.
The fourth to 10th position holders would be given consolation prizes of Rs 1000 each.
The route of the race is from Govt. Secondary School Chimpu to Ganga via Chandranagar and back via Jollang diversion point-DPS School.
