ITANAGAR, Nov 23: Along with the rest of India, Constitution Day will be celebrated at the Arunachal legislative assembly here on 26 November, for the first time, to commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India. A debate competition for students of schools, colleges and universities will be held on 25 November as part of the event.
