AALO, Dec 20: The selected event managers for the upcoming Yomgo River Festival-2020 (YRF-2020) presented their concept papers and budgetary requirements here in West Siang district on Thursday.
Kary Padu, representing Wild Flower Production, said “YRF-2020 will have the central theme of the Yomgo river and its narratives by focusing the festival on the river and the people living in the area.”
She said efforts would be made to “contemporize the traditional concepts, with display of traditional artifacts, narratives with fusion of the past with new-age ways delivery for the future.”
Representatives from Orchids made a presentation on the assignments given to them by the YRF-2020 steering committee.
DC Swetika Sachan, DFO Abhinav Kumar, and SP Jummar Basar were also present on the occassion. (DIPRO)
