ITANAGAR, Aug 29: In a letter addressed to the state Chief Secretary, the Itanagar Traffic Wardens on Tuesday have appealed to her to attach their services and wages under the office of the Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner.
The ITWs have stated that since the ADM-cum-CEO, who is presently controlling the ITWs for traffic management of the twin capital cities has already been assigned additional important duty relating to National Highway project (Itanagar-Banderdewa), it would be an added burden for him to give proper attention on the traffic management and disposing routine problems of ITWs.
