ITANAGAR, Sep 9: A mini marathon race is being organized on September 11 by Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Alumni Association in commemoration of 40 years of glorious services of VKVs in Arunachal Pradesh since 1974.
The marathon race will be organized from RG Stadium to Nyokum Lapang, Itanagar.
Sportsmen and women from various districts and all walks of life are expected to participate in the race.
More than 1000 students of VKVs throughout the state are also expected take part in the three days cultural and sports meet.
