ITANAGAR, Sep 9: The F-Sector Women Welfare Association submitted a two-point memorandum to local MLA and Parliamentary Secretary Techi Kaso during his visit to the colony, seeking construction of overhead water tank and renovation of community hall.
Addressing the residents, Kaso said that PWD Capital Division-A would be directed to prepare an estimate for renovation of the community hall at the earliest and will forward it to government to take up in RE scheme. He, however, said that it is too late for consideration of such schemes in the current year and cannot commit to it, but assured to take it up for consideration.
He also informed that he has requested the Chief Minister to provide fund to complete the remaining CC pavement road in the capital.
He was accompanied by former Chief Councillor Hegio Aruni.
