SINGCHUNG, Sep 13: the Bugun tribe of West Kameng district celebrated the 4th Pham Kho Sowai festival from September 10 to 13.
Attending the opening ceremony, Parliamentary Secretary Health and Family Welfare, Phurpa Tsering emphasized on the need to conserve rich culture and tradition of the state.
Parliamentary Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs, Nyamar Karbak, DC West Kameng Dr Sonal Swaroop and Parliamentary Secretary RWD Jambey Tashi on Wednesday attended the closing ceremony of the festival.
Several cultural and traditional programmes presented by the Bugun community marked the three-day festival celebration.
