ITANAGAR, Sep 13: Kempi Pakam, State Training Commissioner (Guide) will represent India in the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) 36th World Conference in New Delhi scheduled to be held from September 18 to 22.
At least 146 countries are expected to participate in the world conference.
This is the first time India is hosting the WAGGGS, World Conference.
