TEZU, Sep 18: Lohit district Deputy Commissioner, Karma Leki has asked all the concerned heads of departments to clearly indicate the targets, number of beneficiaries, total Aadhar seeding, and remaining balance and total percentage in the reports submitted against all the Prime Minister and Chief Minister flagship programmes being implemented in the district.
He emphasized this during a review meeting on PM and CM flagship programmes held at the DC’s conference hall on Monday.
Taking stock of the latest status of implementation of the programmes, DC Leki asked the concerned department heads to be specific and submit brief reports to avoid unnecessary confusion and time consumption. He also asked them to clearly indicate issues and problems pertaining to achieving the physical and financial targets.
Status of implementation on various schemes like Education- Vidya Scheme, Smart Class etc, DUDA on Open Defecation Free, Tax & Excise on GST, SBI Branch Tezu on Jan Dhan Yojana, Digital Transaction etc, ICDS on Dulari Kanya Yojana, National Old Age Pension etc, Medical on Janani Suraksha Yojana, power on Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana etc were reviewed.
The DC has asked all the HoDs to ensure 100 percent Aadhar seeding of all the flagship programmes implemented in the district before November 30.
Any financial benefits to the beneficiary must be ensured through Direct Benefit Transfer for transparency and proper disbursement of financial benefits, he added. (DIPRO)
