TEZU, Sep 20: An art workshop for students was organized on September 15 and 16 last by Lohit Youth Library Network and Education Department of Lohit district at Government Upper Primary School Tezu No III.
Held under the guidance of Animation Illustrator Phidi Pulu, M. Tech (IIT Bombay) in Animation Technology, the workshop aimed to prepare illustrations for a new book of stories (Anthology) by Library Activists, which will be released as part of the decennial celebrations of the Library Network in November this year.
Select 20 student artists from classes IX to XII from Government Higher Secondary School Tezu, Government Secondary School Tezu, Kendra Vidyalaya, Tezu and VKV Tafragam participated in the workshop.
Different stories for a new book by Library Activists were given to them to prepare art work at the venue under the guidance of the expert.
