ITANAGAR, Sep 22: Claiming that some individuals were trying to interrupt the ongoing work at Donyi- Polo Colony here, the Donyi-Polo Colony Youth Association (DPCYA) has in a release on Friday, appealed to desist from disrupting the project and extend their co-operation for its early completion. It also appealed to the contractor to maintain quality of work while executing the work.
