ZIRO, Sep 23: Following the inter-district rationalization order for teachers, the Apatani Students’ Union (ASU) requested the authorities concerned to postpone the transfers as the students are already bearing the brunt of the first phase rationalization of teachers.
Citing that it was mid-session, the ASU said that the rationalization process was irrational and affecting regular functioning of schools and hampering both the students and teachers alike in their teaching-learning process.
Accordingly, it requested to halt the transfer process and resume it next year before the start of academic session.
