ROING, Sep, 27: A one-day training programme on celebration of Mission Antyodaya: Gram Smridhi Evam Awachhata Pakhwada was held under the chairmanship of ADC, Chestha Yadav on Wednesday.
Briefing on the components of Mission Antyodaya, the ADC urged all the block and Gram Panchayat level officers to discharge their duties sincerely so that the benefits of the mission reached to the grass root level.
She also exhorted all line departments and stakeholders to come forward for successful conduct of the mission.
Earlier, DRDA PD, T Tado explained the aims and objectives of Mission Antyodaya. He also sought cooperation for its success and informed that the programme will be celebrated from October 1 to 15.
Resource person, Tamar Baki presented details of activities to be taken up during Mission Antyodaya. He informed that 356 Gram Panchayats will be covered under the 1st phase of the mission from 2017-2022.
The programme was attended by all line departments and BDOs of the district. (DIPRO)
