ITANAGAR, Oct 4: Accused Chandan Gwalla, Dheeraj Gwalla, Suraj Shah, Anshul Goyal and Techi Taym alias Mayum have been proclaimed offenders by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class-cum-Civil Yupia district and Sessions judge of West Session Division, Yupia.
The five accused have been proclaimed offenders in the Itanagar Police Station vide case no. 110/2011 U/S 379, 110/2011 U/S 379, 138/17 U/S 419/34, 61/10 U/S 420, 197/05 U/S 307/34 IPC and 209/03 U/S 398 IPC respectively.
Accused Chandan Gwalla, Dheeraj Gwalla, Suraj Shah and Anshul Goyal have been directed to appear before the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class-Civil Judge, Yupia, while accused Techi Taym is directed to appear at the court of District and Sessions Judge, West Session Division, Yupia to answer complaint on October 26 and November 20 next, informed Capital Superintendent of Police, S S Kalsi.
