ITANAGAR, Oct 18: Papum Pare emerged as overall champion of Lt Tabom Bam Memorial Tug of War competition, which was held as part of the AAPSU Golden Jubilee celebration.
Papum Pare and Siang districts had stormed into the final after defeating East Kameng and Lohit district respectively, and Papum Pare eventually emerged victorious over Siang in the final.
Late Tabom Bam was one of the martyrs of AAPSU who lost his life during the Delhi Chalo Abhiyan launched by the union.
