YINGKIONG, Oct 23: Upper Siang Deputy Commissioner Duly Kamduk called for strict implementation of the Prime Minister and Chief Minister’s flagship programmes in the district and exhorted the HoDs to comply with the provisions of the schemes.
With a view to make governance more transparent, he also stressed upon the officers towards compulsory Adhaar registration and its subsequent seeding to avoid duplicity and to successfully implement schemes in various sectors.
Chairing the district level review meeting of the flagship programme, the DC called for active cooperation and participation of officials in creating public awareness in the district. He further emphasized on pragmatic approach in any developmental plan and underscored the importance of the public in every developmental activity.
