ITANAGAR, Oct 25: The 16th Tadar Tang State level Football Tournament will be held at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Naharlagun from December 9 to 23.
This was announced by Kipa Ajay, Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh Football Association (APFA) on Wednesday after an executive meeting of the association.
This time the APFA has decided to conduct zonal tournament to select the six best teams who will fight it out for the prestigious tournament.
“To make it convenient for everyone, we have decided to conduct zonal tournament and have divided the state into six zones. The winner of these zones will participate in the main event at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium,” informed Ajay.
