ITANAGAR, Oct 25: The cyclists travelling to Tawang from Guwahati as part of the Tawang MTB Challenge, a curtain raiser to the 5th Tawang Festival, reached Rupa this evening where Director Youth Affairs D K Dinglow received them.
Earlier in the morning, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kalaktang flagged of the team from Kalaktang. Altogether, 35 cyclists from India and abroad are participating in the adventure event.
