ITANAGAR, Oct 26: The Gyadi Welfare Society (GWS) has asked the Itanagar unit police to apprehend one Stephen Jerang within 72 hours for his alleged attempt at murder of his neighbour Chatung Gyadi at Donyi Colony in Itanagar on the morning of October 25.
Chatung’s neck was stabbed twice and has been referred to NEIGRIHMS in Shillong.
Condemning the incident, the GWS have also alleged Stephen’s cousin, Kumba Ete of being party to the attack and demanded his arrest as well.
