‘Practice yoga for healthy body and sound mind’

NAHARLAGUN, Oct 29: Sadhguru Acharya Swatantra Dev Maharaj of Varanasi has appealed to the people to practice yoga for healthy body and sound mind.
Addressing a gathering at the concluding ceremony of the two-day Vihangam Yoga programme in Naharlagun on Sunday, Sadhguru said, despite hectic schedule in daily life people should find few minutes for Vihangam Yoga, which he said has been practiced since ages.
Under the guidance of the Maharaj, 251 Kundiya Vedic Mahayagna was also organized for world peace. The main purpose of the yagna is to live a benevolent life, the Maharaj said. This is a perfect means of preventing global warming also, he added.
