ITANAGAR, Nov 3: The Arunachal Anti-Corruption Sena (AACS) in a representation to the Chief Secretary has called for early approval of the prosecution sanction for enabling the SIC to take its further legal course of action regarding alleged mismanagement of funds under “Technology Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture- 2002-2009”.
Claiming that the SIC has already completed the investigation into the case, the AACS said prosecution sanction and other legal course against the officials and persons allegedly involved in the case is still pending.
“Delay in prosecution sanction in such important case is uncalled for”, it said.
