ITANAGAR, Nov 5: The Arunachal Vikas Parishad (AVP), Lower Subansiri district unit conducted a workers’ conference on the occasion of its silver jubilee celebration at Hong Meder Nello on November 4.
In total, 150 participants from all circles of Lower Subansiri district attended the conference, where AVP General Secretary Gyati Rana as the main resource person, highlighted the contribution of AVP in tribal society.
Cultural procession and competition, besides spiritual discourse were the main highlights of the conference.
Punyo Yaje, Tax and Excise Superintendent, Padi Payang, Headmaster LBS School and AVP State Organizing Secretary B K Bubey attended the inaugural session.
