JAIRAMPUR, Nov 10: A mass awareness rally was conducted here on Friday by Nampong, Manmao, Jairampur Women Welfare Society under leadership of its President Phenngi Ronrang and Secretary Luching Simai for creating awareness on eradication of drugs and opium.
Hundreds of people from Nampong, Manmao, Jairampur participated in the Rally.
After the rally, a meeting was also conducted at the basketball ground of 13thAssam Rifles Jairampur where all the officers, public leaders also joined and shared their opinion. Commandant of Assam Rifles and ADC Jairampur were also present on the occasion.
