DAPORIJO, Nov 28: State Secretary for Geology and Mining, Dr Madhu Rani Teotia, who is currently on a tour to Upper Subansiri district, made an unannounced inspection of the various fair price shops at new market here on Friday.
Inspecting stock ledgers, daily sale registers and bill books of some of the shops in the market, the Secretary found it well maintained and appreciated two of the shopkeepers, Tamar Doyom and M/s Tapen Nguki fair price shop.
She was accompanied by Upper Subansiri Deputy Commissioner, Danish Ashraf and other officials.
