KHELONG, Dec 17: PHED Parliamentary Secretary Kumsi Sidisow inaugurated the Chingdang festival here in West Kameng district on Friday.
Sidisow appealed to the Sajolang community to maintain their cultural heritage and traditional values. He also stressed on the need to preserve one’s culture for future generations.
Nafra ZPM Miali Sangchoju, Aka Elite Society Vice President Labi Dususow, and its Spokesperson Sherif Nimasow also attended the function.
