Dear Editor,
What is the future of APTET/CTET holders especially batches after 2013 who are still unemployed and those who are under SSA as wardens and resource teachers.
In near future even if they are appointed as ‘AT’ or ‘JT’, by the time their turn comes for regularization, their APTET/CTET certificates validity as well as age will be over.
Therefore, I would like to request the Department of Elementary Education to follow the superiority of APTET/CTET separately, otherwise please conduct open interview for APTET /CTET holders keeping aside the seat reserved for SSA teachers so that people like to us can get an equal opportunity to serve the society.
