Dear Editor
I was shocked when we heard that APTET/CTET qualified has been appointed as regular TGT and PRT teachers. My question to government of Arunachal Pradesh- on what basis they were appointed? The appointment process was totally illegal because the APTET/CTET is only an eligible criterion to teach in school level.
