ITANAGAR, Dec 30: The All Kurung Kumey District Anti-Corruption Organisation on Saturday demanded that the state government establish a tourism office in Kurung Kumey district.
In a press statement, the organisation stated that,due to the absence of a tourism office, the deputy commissioner has to act as district tourism officer,and that several tourism-related activities have not been initiated in the district.
It also lamented that students with degrees in tourism studies do not get any opportunity in the district.
