NAHARLAGUN, Feb 1: An SPT house belonging to one Sangha Tarey was gutted in a fire that occurred at 2 Kilo area in Papu Nallah here on Thursday.
The fire, which broke out around 1 am, also destroyed two two-wheelers. All valuables of the owner, including local ornaments, household items and important documents, were also reduced to ashes.
No casualty has been reported. An electricity short-circuit is suspected to have caused the fire.
