ITANAGAR, Mar 5: A ten-day adult literacy programme for drop out students, housewives, adult men and women was conducted by a team of Niti Vihar Booth Level Committee Bharatiya Janata Party, which concluded here on 21 February last.
Conducted under the guidance of organizing chairman-cum-media secretary BJP Mahila Morcha, Tania Yapa Toko, the programme themed ‘Angutha Chor Kalam Uthao’ saw the participation of hundreds of visitors every day.
