ITANAGAR, Mar 19: The All Kurung Kumey District Students’ Union (AKKDSU) has in a representation to the chief secretary on Monday, appealed to him to sanction adequate funds for construction of an archaeological transit camp and a boundary wall at Parsi Parlo for preservation of the historical sites.
The union claimed that till date no boundary wall was erected to protect the archaeological site at Parsi Parlo.
“The department of Research, GoAP had prepared a concept paper and the matter was also raised by the All Nyishi Students’ Union on an earlier occasion”, it added.
