ITANAGAR, Mar 27: Mothers from the Global Social Service Society (IGSSS)-supported functional literacy programme participated in a three-day comic workshop conducted here by the IGSSS from 23 to 25 March.
The objective of the workshop was to draw conversations into visuals. The participants came up with a wide range of topics, from child marriage and polygamy to domestic violence.
The workshop was initiated by Indrajit Sinha, founder and director of Guwahati-based We are Young Foundation.
