Dear Editor,
Supreme Court is one of best performing institutions of India. For last seventy years, it has delivered unbiased judgments against legal disputes and issues. It has been able to counter balance the political weakness of India, whenever there was a need.
The Supreme Court was able to carry out its activities without any favouritism.
The present Chief Justice of India is neither able to maintain the dignity of Supreme Court nor the worthiness of his position.
I appeal to all High Court Judges and Judges of Subordinate Courts to express dissent at the conduct of Chief Justice of India. Situation need to be created so that CJI steps down and takes retirement.
The issue must be dealt as a non-political movement.
Let us show the world that we are a dignified society.
