ITANAGAR, Aug 5: A group of elderly women from Dath village, led by former Jollang ASM Nabam Rupa on Sunday cleaned the road from Jollang jail up to Richi village. The PHED Itanagar division also joined the social drive. The women said they would chalk out plans to keep their villages neat and clean.
