PALIN, Aug 6: ADC S Lowang kicked off the Independence Cup running football tournament for Kra Daadi district at the general ground here on 6 August.
Government secondary school Dui won the opening match, defeating government residential school Jullang 6-0.
Six teams from various schools of Palin circle are taking part in the tournament.
Organized in commemoration of the 72nd Independence Day celebration, the tournament is being conducted under the supervision of GHSS Palin PET in-charge Tarh Rajkumar. (DIPRO)
