NAHARLAGUN Aug 10: Continuing its statewide awareness campaign on sanitation and hygiene with the theme ‘Be clean, be healthy’, a team of the All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) conducted a ‘social service-cum-awareness camp’ at the government higher secondary school in Kankarnallah here on Friday.
AAPSU education secretary Prem Camdir Tallong called upon the students to maintain health and hygiene for a disease-free life. He also appreciated the school authority for adopting the innovative way of teaching with a microphone for effective communication with students in a crowded institution.
The AAPSU team handed over water filters, dustbins, buckets, brooms, mugs, brushes and other sanitary items to the school’s Vice-Principal Phassang Sama as a part of its programme.
